First impression: VERY RUDE. Called to get information regarding age requirements, locations, insurances, and the person who answered the phone sounds like she was laying in bed, she was RUDE, it sounds like she hates her job! When I’d ask a question she either didn’t make any sense or she just repeated her self (not answering my question) for example I asked, is this the office in CHERRYHILL ON route NJ-38, she says no this is the office in NJ. (CHERRYHILL route NJ-38 is in NJ) I ended up just hanging up because she just was completely impolite. Won’t even attempt to make an appointment with them, can’t imagine how the rest of the staff behaves.
